1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. A booking request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Hotel Kashvi International via email or phone. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 10:00 AM (Flexible early check-in subject to availability)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
• Late check-out beyond 12:00 PM may attract additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in date: No cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: One night's room charge may be applicable.
• No-show: Full booking amount may be charged.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash at the hotel. Online payment arrangements must be discussed and confirmed with our front desk prior to arrival. All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the comfort of other guests.
• Loud music or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Smoking is not permitted in rooms. Smoking areas are designated at specified outdoor locations.
• Outside food and beverages are permitted for personal consumption.

6. Visitors

Visitors to hotel guests are permitted in common areas only. Visitors must be registered at the front desk. Overnight visitors are not permitted without booking a separate room.

7. Liability

Hotel Kashvi International is not responsible for loss of money, jewellery, or valuables. Guests are advised to use the safe deposit facilities at the front desk for valuable items. The hotel is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

8. Restaurant & Room Service

Restaurant timings and room service hours are subject to change. The hotel reserves the right to modify the menu and pricing without prior notice.

9. Modifications

Hotel Kashvi International reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
